Capital Riders accept reservations 24 hours a day. Night time rate charges apply between 11:00PM and 6:00AM. 45 minutes of grace wait time is allowed following the reported international flight arrival. And 30 minutes of grace wait time allowed for domestic flights arrival.
RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW POLICY:
THE FULL FARE will be charged for cancellations in the following categories:
A. RESCHEDULING OF SERVICES is possible at no extra charge, as long as rescheduling is requested before the driver is dispatched.
i. Change or cancellation of airport transportation reservation time is required 2 hours before scheduled pick up time.
ii. Change or cancellation of Group Limousine reservation, Party Group with Minibus or Van Service reservations is required 48 hours before scheduled pick up time.
iii. If the passenger fails to be at the designated pickup location, no-show would be applied. To avoid no-shows, please contact Capital Riders before leaving the pickup location. 855-5-RIDERS.
B. CANCELLATION OF SERVICES:
• Cancellation of reservations made within 2 hours of pick time attracts full
• Reservations of "Special Internet Rates" will apply a cancellation fee regardless of the timeframe of cancellation including.
• No-shows attract full rate charges.
• Failure to cancel services in time frames specified, you will be charged full service rates.
WAIT TIME CHARGES:
Wait time charges will occur 10 minutes after scheduled pick up time and are calculated in 15 minutes increments. Extra stops over 15 minutes are charged at 30 minutes rate fee. Hourly rates are charged at 2 hours minimum. For special negotiating rates, please contact Capital Riders. 855-5-RIDERS
Additional charges include tolls and Parking. Final charges are subject to audit by Capital Riders. -- 20% gratuity will be added to all transportation charges. State and Federal and fuel Taxes are charged where applicable.
Cellular phone: We offer the use of our cellular car phones for a fee of $1.50 per minute.
Car Seats: Infant/toddler car seats are available upon 48 hours request, free of charge.
INCREMENT WEATHER & MECHANICAL BREAKDOWNS:
Capital Riders are not responsible for any event that directly and exclusively results from the occurrence of natural causes that could not have been prevented by the exercise of foresight or caution; an inevitable accident.
LOST & DAMAGE ITEMS
Capital Riders are not responsible for assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage or personal belongings, nor for any items left in the vehicle.
Refund claims must be filed within 7 days after service charges are billed. Refund will be returned to the original credit card and 5% credit card fee will be applied.
Capital Riders reserves the rights for the rates and policies on the website to be subject to change without prior notice.
Capital Riders is not responsible for items left in the Vehicle.

Absolutely no smoking or food allowed in vehicles. Spills soiling or damage to vehicle interior or exterior would result in clean-up and, or repair fees. Alcohol is not permitted in Vehicles. Capital Riders driver and representative reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger or passengers for any type of misconduct, and objectionable actions that is willful and cannot be described as a mistake.
